So so wrong! I am naturally very very petite! I have always been extremly active but never did I know exactly how to create the shape i dreamed of.. So I kept learning, I kept trialling different nutrition and training methods until I succeeded!

Some will prefer my body before but it's not about what you prefer it's about what I prefer. I feel so much more womanly, I eat more than ever, I have such a healthy relationship with food (again it’s taken time) and I am happy and that's what counts ❤️

SHOULDER CIRCUIT✨

I go through phases with upper body! Sometimes I’m excited and other times I am not overly keen for upper body, I get bored 😜 but I really enjoyed this shoulder circuit!
