Rachel Dillon I train 6x a

I train 6x a week because I'm addicted to the endorphins and love feeling strong, I eat healthy nutritious food because it makes my body feel good and fuels my workouts. I have treats when I want in moderation because I LOVE sweets. I live a lifestyle of health and fitness because it makes me happy. I don't just workout to compete and then let go in my 'off season'! To me training and eating well isn't a chore, isn't a must, it's a want! I am a big believer in staying in shape all year round and not fluctuating in and out for a competition or event. Don't get me wrong goals are great, and they keep us accountable. BUT don't stop there, let it become a way of life for you, find that balance and make it a lifestyle πŸ’•
