WHAT IS YOUR GOAL? I feel a lot of people start their fitness journey without really figuring out their desired goal. Is it to feel fit and healthy, is it to lift heavy, is it to sculpt a bikini body, is it to build a base to one day compete, is it to run marathons, is it to powerlift? What is it that you want to achieve. It is really important to figure this out and strategise a plan to achieve your desired result. Without a plan you are most likely going to fail or give up due to the fact you don't really know what you are working towards. After my worlds competition my goal was to build my glutes and add a little width to my back. I knew this would require being in a surplus, training hard and that I was probably going to carry a little extra body fat. But that was my goal and I put strategies in place to achieve them.
