DAY 5 tracking my Macros!! 1850 calories C165 P161 F52 slowly working my way up after being away and not tracking πŸ’―everyone's body is different and everyone's body responds differently to macros! I choose to fill my macros with clean foods, because they make me feel good! I have trialled many methods and always find for my body type I prefer higher carbs, higher protein and lower fats. I also have one cheat meal/refeed a week! For me consistency is the key πŸ”‘
