“To say BBR has changed my life is an understatement but there is no other way to put it. Three years ago, I was the typical cardio fanatic. I hated cardio actually, but I would push myself to an intense cardio session each day because I was obsessed with numbers and seeing my numbers on the scales go down. Every time I ate, I would look at myself in the mirror to check if I looked bigger, and the worst part is I denied that I had a problem and thought I was eating well because I was choosing food products with the lowest KJs… it wasn’t until the day I hopped on the scales and read 48kg that I thought, what am I doing to myself? -
Since joining BBR, the girls have changed my whole outlook on food and training.
Since starting casual classes back in 2016 I think I have attended every BBR event/class there was in Townsville. The effort, support and kindness these girls put into their sessions and programs had me hooked. I have completed about 4/5 rounds of HIIT camps and am now participating in an online program as Townsville has lost one of it’s greatest assets – Rachel and Emma Dillon! -
The BBR team have taught me so much in the past 3 years. They put 100% effort into everything they do and share everything they know and I have learnt so much from these girls it’s ridiculous. If I needed to, I feel I have the knowledge to go off and continue my fitness journey without a structured program because of them.

However, I enjoy their programs way too much and each morning I willingly bounce out of bed to go and do them, and love every minute because they are quick, effective and diverse. I see food in a completely different way, in fact I don’t stop eating because the workouts that are given in the programs are second to none and I am STARVING. I could not recommend BBR enough.”
