
BEST GLUTE WORKOUTπ₯ not great quality as I was training alone but content is content and this workout was killer! Give it a go!! 8x BB elevated paused split squats SS 50x banded thrust clams -
15x BB thrusts SS 30x kickbacks each leg -
15x BB sumo squats SS 20x frog kicks (wearing ankle weights)
20x banded pop squats SS 20x glute hip extensions -3 sets of everything -
Finished burning out in the hip abduction machine!

There is no passion to be found in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living π
