SCALESSSS!!! Let's talk scales. I can bet nearly every girl on here has had a battle of some sort with the scales, I know I have. Before I really started my fitness journey and I was your typical cardio bunny 1200 calories girl struggling to sculpt my body and reach my goals... I would weigh myself EVERY SINGLE DAY! I had to stay under 55kg.. why? No reason just a mental battle I believed under 55kg I was thin healthy and fit... WRONG! When I started getting my certifications, lifting weights and eating more then I EVER had, I decided to say goodbye to the scales! I went strictly off measurements and progress pictures. When I looked in the mirror I was happy and pleased with my progress so why let the scales ruin that? I didn't weigh myself for over a year, I then had a doctor’s appointment and when they weighed me I was 58kg!! gainsssss! I had never looked healthier!

Do not get me wrong the scales can be great for tracking progress but if you are struggling mentally I say throw them out! Use other methods to track your progress!
Why do I bring this up? Well because I see so many girls go through this same battle, weighing themselves every day. It’s funny how we can wake up look in the mirror be happy with how we look but then let the scales get us down.
Do not let a number determine your happiness.

Learn scales are a form of measurement not happiness ❤️⭐️
