Have been putting in some serious #werk πŸ’ͺ🏼 half way into our @bodiesbyrachel challenge feeling good! Have been very compliant with all my sessions and nutrition... except for the 6 Krispy Kremes I ate Saturday. I blame @zacperna for leaving them in sight. Donuts are my jam, I will never say no, that’s just the way it is🀷🏽‍♀️ I’m also not one to have one... so 6 it was. Anyway here to address having a treat or stepping out of line when it comes to dieting. This happens, life is too short to spend it beating yourself up. My advice.. enjoy it, let it go and move on. Don’t go on a crazy binge and don’t spend the following days doing excessive amounts of cardio and eating less. Simply move on. I always tell my girls one slip up won’t ruin your progress even two, you’ll be okay. It’s consistent slip ups or crazy binges that lead to ruin your progress.

So my point is.... Sometimes life will put 🍩’s in front of you, and sometimes you just have to eat them🀷🏽‍♀️πŸ™‹πŸ½‍♀️
