So I have definitely been quite lenient with my diet lately! But I have a few shoots coming up this weekend and I'm have been tidying things up- cleaning up my diet and adding some HIIT sessions in!
Health and Fitness is a lifestyle for me. So yeah I workout hard and eat well most of the time but I also enjoy life!! I eat junk sometimes, I go out sometimes, I skip a session sometimes. I live by the 80/20 rule. Because I do believe it is all about balance! In saying all this if I have something coming up I can switch from 80 to 100 real quick and make it happen. But how??? πŸ’― MINDSET!!!! So many people want the magic pill or secret method. There isn't one! It's all about education and learning about your body and what it best responds too. Choose a lifestyle of health and fitness and keep that balance! I promise you, you'll not only feel great but you'll be truly happy that you've learnt how to live a life of balance!
