✖️RESISTANT BAND CRAB STEPS✖️ little sneak peak of this mornings workout using my resistant band! I incorporate it at least once a week to isolate certain muscles! This exercise is great for working the minimus (smallest and usually the weakest part of the glute) #thatwaddletho 😂🍑
