Surround yourself with positive, uplifting people who want the best for you. These are the people you should take advice from, these are the people who will keep you on the right track. Such a common question I get asked 'how do I stay on track whilst travelling?' My top tips:
1. Flexible dieting: I use the IIFYM approach whilst travelling, effective and achievable!
2. Drink lots of water!! Especially whilst travelling double your intake and grab an isle seat π
3. Take snacks on the plane and avoid plane food. Having snacks also stops you from getting to a state of hangry and going crazy on whatever is in sight.
4. Make sure your hotel has a gym or a gym nearby! Try to get a few sessions in and make the effort to walk everywhere and avoid taxis!
5. Keep it simple, make healthy choices 80% of the time and indulge the other 20%
Pack your supplements! I always take my supplements and vitamins with me! Especially by @ehplabs BCAAS, IsoPept Zero and oxyshred!
