Body Updatee πŸ™‹πŸ½‍♀️ half way into my challenge! -
So before I get into my training, remember 80% of your results are made in the kitchen. 100% of your results will come from consistency! But let’s touch on training, a topic I get asked about so often!

I’m currently training the least I ever have! Sessions are 45-60 mins max. I am following my new Bikini Body Challenge which focuses on sculpting an hour glass shape ⏳. This program’s split is a little different to usual. We have weekly: 3 weighted sessions, 2 sculpting (Glute focused), 1 strength and stability (really emphasising core strength) as well as 2x cardio sessions. As the 6 weeks follows on, the program gets tougher! Lots of high volume sets with minimal rest!πŸ”₯

90% of girls who come to me are either over training or thinking they need to, to see results. Wrong. Structure your sessions so they are effective! Sometimes ladies less is more!
