What is my body fat % when stepping on stage is one of the most common questions I get asked. The answer is I don’t know. Why because a number does not guarantee a placing. No one looks the same at the same body fat, in the end the way we carry fat/lean out does depend on genetics and the amount of muscle we have. I was leaner in 2016 but had more muscle and shape in 2017. For bikini girls it’s not a competition of who is the leanest. We are judged on our overall package and marketability. Focus on this! Don’t get caught up with numbers ❤️
