Where do you store fat? For me hips, glutes and thighs is where I first gain fat. One of the MOST common questions I get asked is how can I lose fat from (insert certain area) we all know there isn't one exercise or one type of food which will allow us to spot reduce fat in a certain area. Ones ability to burn fat generally comes down to genetics. Our metabolisms dictate how efficiently we use energy and why some people can eat so much more than others without gaining weight. BUT whilst genetics play a major role in where we gain fat so do our hormones! This in my opinion is where people can go very wrong with flexible dieting, I know I've fallen into these bad habits before myself. When we think of losing weight the rule of thumb is calories in vs calories out. BUT what you need to understand is the quality of our calories matter! Our metabolism does not decide to burn or store body fat based on calories. It makes these decisions based on the hormones those calories trigger. higher quality calories trigger body fat burning hormones while low quality calories trigger body fat storing hormones.

So choose what you eat wisely πŸƒ

We put ourselves up on stage to be critiqued and judged. But do you know what I see? I see one happy girl! I love being on the @wbff_official stage. You work so so hard and the stage is where you get to enjoy every minute of it! I do things that bring me happiness. You will never not see me smiling when I'm doing what I love. So many girls ask me for tips on posing, or what and how they should be. But the true power is being you, because no one else can bring that to the stage. Own it, enjoy it, it's what it's all about ❤️
