Let's talk post workout recovery!! Post workout I am always sure to have my @ehplabs WPI IsoPept shake! -
WPIs are essential post-workout for maximum muscle recovery. The fast-absorbing proteins will help to repair torn muscle fibres by driving them back into the muscle cells. Whey protein isolates have the highest protein content per serve and are low-carb, low-fat & low-lactose, making them ideal straight after a big training session. I always have my shake post workout followed by a meal which is usually lean protein and complex carbs!

Upper Body Workout πŸ”₯ I train upper body 2-3 times a week max! I don't want any more size so I always train upper body as a whole rather then specific muscle groups (sometimes shoulders)! Give this one a go! I superset my exercises, rep range 10-15 and 3 sets! This took me 30 mins I like minimal rest! However take time with your movements and focus on correct form and squeezing at the peak peak of each movement (video is sped up) -
