Picture on the right 4 weeks out from @wbff_official World titles where I won the bikini WBFF PRO World Championship Title! I worked my ass off for 10 months. I also run a full time business whilst also traveling ALOT! It did not matter what it took to get where I wanted. I had a vision and nothing was getting in the way. I ate from plastic bags in airports, I took hours prepping my food, I woke up at ridiculous times so that I could train, I made sacrifices, I pushed myself to my absolute limits. I did not make one excuse as to why I couldn't work out or make the right diet choices. I made it happen no matter what. What I love about competing is you develop such discipline, commitment, drive as well as such a strong mind. These are all traits I then implement in other aspects of my life such as my business! People think it's just a sport, it's not, it's truly something many cannot do and something that can change your life 💫 team @n8fitness and @toby_harrison
