Slowwwwlllly coming back 😈 yes I train abs 2-3 times a week! In my opinion they are still a muscle and need to be trained to be shaped! I don't do too much oblique work as I like to keep my waist small and tight! Nutrition and consistency are however 80-90% of your results!
