3 weeks out from my last comp VS 3.5 months post show! It's inevitable you are going to gain some body fat post comp, however you do not have to 'blow out'. I'm a big believer in health and fitness being a lifestyle! I get a lot of girls asking me how to get into competing. Honestly I NEVER thought I would compete.. why? Because I've seen so many cases where girls absolutely ruin their metabolisms and struggle struggle mentally post show. My BEST piece of advice if you are wanting to compete is to make fitness a lifestyle first. Get your body to a stage where you are happy with it all year round and are educated on maintaining it. Once you are there, do your research and find a good coach! Listen to your body and always put your health first ❤️ππΌ

One of my fave exercises! I do both wide and narrow stance variations. Here I am using narrow stance, focusing on targeting my hamstrings and really squeezing at the top of the movement! I never go too low as I start to feel it in my lower back so try to work in the top range of the movement πͺπΌ
