This was the hardest finisher I’ve done in a long time! This band is extra heavy resistance and my glutes have never been so sore 🀣

1️⃣Up and Back Banded Forward Crab wall Sled push! It’s important to take wide steps and push your knees out (while resistance is pushing then in) to create tension on the Glutes πŸ‘
2️⃣10x Banded Squat Jumps
