3-4 Rounds

When: AM
Why: Collagen is the building block of every cell. Helps with cell repair, gut health, skin elasticity and anti-aging. You ladies know how obsessed I am with collagen! I like to break my fast with this in a coffee or a smoothie.
3️⃣Garden of Life Vitamin C
When: AM or Pre-Workout
Why: Increases immune function, improves gut health and fights free radicals (damaging cells that cause cancer etc.)
4️⃣Irwin Naturals Vitamin B
When: AM or Pre-Workout
Why: Increases mood, focus, energy and metabolic function, which helps with nutrient absorption and weight loss. The added MCT in this brand will keep focus and energy for longer (slow release).
5️⃣365 Nourish Chocolate Greens
When: AM when breaking my fast
Why: This allows the good nutrients the best chance of nourishing your cells before they start digesting and filling up with other nutrients. Greens are for alkalizing the body, nourishing us on a deeper level. Great for getting our PH levels right so we can be in a better state for fat burning. Also high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.. again list goes on!
