My brother took me through this should workout and finished with Y,T,W’s 🤷🏽♀️ I dunno but they burned! Advanced can add weight I stuck with body weight! Thumbs facing upwards! 15 of each-3 Sets 😅😭

When people need to put others down to make themselves feel better, only ever reflect that one person, and the truth is they are unhappy, they are stuck in a negative state of mind.

Some of today’s lower body workout 🔥
1️⃣Banded Smith Machine Squats (increased my weight Rach set)
2️⃣Banded Smith Machine Hip Thrusts (increased my weight Rach set)
3️⃣Frog Kicks- really squeeze at the peak of each rep, heels stay together!
4️⃣Dumbbell Step Ups-focus on driving through your heel, we want tension on the glutes as well as the quads!
5️⃣Cable Kickbacks-always a fave of mine to do towards the end of the workout to burn out the glutes 🔥🍑
6️⃣Sled Pushes- loveeee the sled! Will seriously challenge you!
