I’ve started a little late this prep and have lost a bit of muscle along the way, so I’ve got some serious work to do!! But I love it!

So main areas I would like to improve are glutes, hammys and shoulders ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Remember EPOC is influenced by the intensity of the workout not the duration! Sometimes ladies less is more!

1️⃣45 seconds Dumbbell Squat Punches
2️⃣45 seconds Barbell Squat Jumps
3️⃣45 seconds Barbell Thrusters
4️⃣45 seconds Dumbbell Crunches
5️⃣45 seconds Dumbbell Surrender Squat Jumps
6️⃣45 seconds Dumbbell Renegade Rows -
10 seconds to move between exercises, 60-90 seconds rest between rounds
4-5 Rounds ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Just out here trying to make some gains and this damn pony tail trying to get in my way.... #plsmove

Good way to finish off leg day, literally had to take a nap after this one.. ๐Ÿ˜ด
