What makes you happy?
.
The other day Clayton said to me... I’ve finally figured you out. You thrive off progression... and it’s true.
.
For me I’m most happy within myself when I am progressing, mentally, physically or personally (all three at once is a bonus). I love knowing that in some way I am making progress, to be a better, happier person.
.
This can also mean I put a lot of pressure on myself and have very high expectations of the person I want to be.
.
I’ve mentioned this before but still if I ever feel in a rut, I look back and ask myself these questions...
.
In 3-5 years time, what do you want people to look at you and say. Who do you represent? Who are you to them? And more importanltly who are you to you? Who do you want to be?
.
How would the person that I want to be, do the things that I am about to do?
.
This pushes me to think about holding myself accountable and always striving to be a better person then I was yeaterday✨
.
Remember not everyone has to like you, nor should they have too, but most importantly, you have to like yourself❤️
.
