Coming home had me thinking about 2018 and the lessons I have learnt! These few have really stuck with me✨
-
1️⃣BE CONTENT
2️⃣NO ONE OWES ME ANYTHING
3️⃣THE GRASS IS GREEN WHERE YOU WATER IT
4️⃣HAPPINESS OVER EVERYTHING
-
Every year that passes I always put a massive emphasis on learning and growing. I feel I have learnt more in 2018 then I have my entire 25 years of living. This year for me has been so humbling and so rewarding.
-
I feel most of us are unhappy when we are not ‘in control’ or are expecting too much from the people around us. So here are some of the lessons I have learnt this year which have left me feeling so motivated and so genuinely happy.
-
1️⃣BE CONTENT
Which ever path you decide to choose in this life, be content. Even if it may be the wrong one, be okay with it. The life I have chosen is very regimented, very busy, very high stress and very high pressure. I used to think once I get this done it will be better, it will be easier. I continued to think this way and found myself more stressed and more overwhelmed. So what’s the answer.. EMBRACE IT!! I love the life I live, I love what I do. The truth is I thrive off it, so I’ve become content with it. There’s now a new fire in me, one I’ve never had before.
-
2️⃣NO ONE OWES ME ANYTHING
This ones taken me a while but I have completely come to terms with this. I was blessed to be raised in a household with very strong morals and beliefs when it came to love, loyalty and respect. It was second nature for me to expect nothing less. But the older I get the more I have realised that no one owes me anything. Everyone is entitled to be and act the way they choose, and this is completely okay. People need to find themselves too. Everyone’s journey is so different and that should be supported and encouraged.
-
3️⃣THE GRASS IS GREEN WHERE YOU WATER IT
Yepppo! The pattern is simple.. where you focus your time, energy and love is where something will prosper. In today’s society we are all looking next door, thinking our neighbours grass is greener.. there’s something we’re missing out on.

Today I witnessed an amazing act❤️
-
Clayton literally saved a baby from drowning! I am a true believer that there are angels guiding us through this life and we were put where we were today to make sure that baby girl lived.
-
I am still shook, emotional and so proud of Clay!
-
We are all put in places and situations for a reason and today was something special✨✨✨
-
Always count your blessings❤️

Now for anyone who follows my BBR Squad, knows Fia💃🏽
-
Fia came to me last year for coaching! After many 8 week plans I knew I wanted Fia apart of BBR. At this stage Fia was only 19!! I could not believe the drive, passion and commitment from a girl who was so young!
-
Fia has completed ALL our @bodiesbyrachel challenges and has been coached by @emmajane.dillon and myself!
-
Her progress is AMAZING! We have created a shape she never thought she could achieve due to her genetics and body shape.
-
Well here we are 🔥 #supasupahot #loveyoulittlefia #proud

Gratitude✨
-
Today and every day I live to be grateful and appreciate how blessed I am. Every time I come to Bali I leave a new, refreshed, positive person.
-
It feels so nice to walk around smiling and greeting everyone, their energy is so uplifting and so positive. It is literally impossible to feel sad or down here.
-
I believe a lot of the time people are looking for happiness in the wrong places.
-
In a place much less fortunate, the people seem so much happier?
