People often ask me if I workout on holidays? Hell yes!! I love it because I am not rushed or training towards a specific goal. Instead I get to be creative in small gyms or no gyms and just enjoy my workout! Reminds me of when I first started trainingπͺπΌ

I am all about balance and if I didn’t genuinely enjoy training, then I wouldn’t! I had 5 days off post Comp and now I am feeling motivated again! Post comp I always find myself going back to wanting to feel fit again! So holiday workouts are always more HIIT based/higher rep as usually I don’t have access to heavy weights!
