1.  Choose Your Training πŸ‘™ Bikini Body
πŸ‘ Build a Booty
πŸ’¦ Shred

2.  Choose Your Nutrition πŸ₯‘ Macros + Meal Plan ($119)
πŸ₯¦ Macros Only ($99)

If you are new to fitness or not experienced with tracking, I’d recommend you choose the Meal Plan option - where I provide a full meal plan, including what to eat and when.

If you are experienced with Macros, the Macro only option will be suitable for you!
Please note, this includes Macros only (no meal plan).

3. Home or Gym

This is your personal preference!  Choose a Home Based or Gym Based Training Plan.
You will still need some equipment for Home training plans (varies between Challenges).

4.  Round 1 or Round 2

Here you need to select which round you are up to.  If you have done Bikini Round 1, you would move to Bikini Round 2.  You can only move onto Round 2 if you have completed Round 1 of that Challenge. πŸ’• LINK TO BUILD YOUR CHALLENGE IS IN MY BIO πŸ’•
