Still holding onto my Bali Tan☀️

Over 2 weeks ago in Bali I got serious seafood poisoning.. closest near death experience I’ve had🤣
-
So since that I’ve been really looking after myself and putting my health first! I’ve gone no meat for 10 days!
-
💧I am drinking LOTS of water!
💊On point with all my vitamins (probiotic, gut performance, vitamin C, Vitamin B)
🌱Making a conscious effort with my micronutrients (green juice every morning)
💤Last night had the BEST sleep and woke up feeling SO good😍

Macros have been around ✏️P115 C260-300 F50-55 (which is an increase from normal macros!)
💪🏼I’ve been training 6x a week using my new 4 week challenge workouts and some of my 8 week🍑🔥
Mixing it up🙊

Overall I find it REALLY easy not eating meat, it doesn’t overly phase me.. but I won’t be continuing Vegetarian, however I will be consuming much less meat, probably more along the lines of Pescatarian which I’ve done before. I want to implement ‘no meat’ periods often throughout the year! Maybe one day I’ll make the switch!

Everyday I live my life doing what I love with the people I love. What other people think or say is not my business nor it should be. We are most happy when we do what feels good, when we can let go of what others think and say and be true to who we are.

The truth is, if you are true to who you are not everyone should like you.... but why be so concerned with what those people think?

The people who love you, love you for you. The people who care for you, push you to do things which make you extremely uncomfortable. The people that love you will always be there.. worry about what they think and shine like a star bby 💫
