As much as I love to travel, there really is nothing like home ❤️ I think it’s really important to create a life you love. Do things that make you happy, surround yourself with people who believe and support your vision.

I think sometimes people are chasing the wrong kind of happiness, constantly looking into others lives, thinking if only I had this or could achieve that I would be happy. Happiness is an inside job, and it does require work.

For someone to be successful at something requires work right? Well this doesn’t just apply to your career, its the same for relationships, personal development and everything else. This all takes work and lots of it.

Everyday you should be working towards creative a better you, and most of all enjoying the damn process, because it’s a journey that never ends๐ซ

I am so blessed to be able to travel and do what I love! Post comp the truth is I have not yet started reverse dieting! I took 4 days off training and I’ve eaten as I wanted for the trip. Well because yolo guys! We live one life and I choose to make the most of every moment! Don’t get me wrong I still made an effort to make good food choices and trained most days, but definitely enjoyed some yummy treats!

I’ll start my reverse dieting process when I get home! Because it will always be there! Memories won’t!
