Fitness can fit your lifestyle✨

I used to think to have my ideal body all year round I would have to train twice a day, eat and prep all my meals in, constantly restrict myself from foods I enjoyed and forever wish and want to look a certain way.

The truth is Fitness doesn’t need to be your life, it can fit your lifestyle. But it’s taken me a long time to figure out this balance.

For me over the years my priorities have changed. I now run and spend majority of my time on my business which I love! So I’ve learnt how to live the best of both worlds!

Things I now do:
1️⃣FLEXIBLE DIETING has allowed me to enjoy foods I love and eat out often with zero guilt.
2️⃣TRAIN LESS (I now train less, but I train smart) no time is wasted in the gym!
3️⃣BALANCE I’ve learnt not to sweat the small stuff. A new day and new week will always be around the corner. Enjoy the present.
4️⃣LIFESTYLE find something you can do long term, the truth is this journey never ends, so learn to love it❤️

Start with a Barbell Banded Hip Thrust Drop Set!
1️⃣10, 12, 15 (weight gets lighter as your reps get higher) -3 sets of these!

Then your going to go straight into this circuit:

30 seconds on/20 seconds off
1️⃣DB RDL/DB SQUAT
2️⃣SMITH MACHINE SPLIT SQUATS E/L
3️⃣BARBELL FROG PUMPS
4️⃣PLATE LATERAL LEG RAISES
5️⃣FROG KICKS
